Terms & Conditions

Version dated May 1, 2026 — applicable to Showtime Free, Pro, Agency and Enterprise offers.

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern subscription to and use of the Showtime SaaS media planning service, made available online by subscription.

3. Order, activation and term

Subscription becomes final upon payment confirmation (Pro) or quote signature (Enterprise). Access is activated immediately unless stated otherwise. Pro subscriptions are monthly and automatically renew.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated tax included. Payments are due on the invoice due date. In case of payment failure, Showtime may suspend access after notice.

5. Price changes

Showtime may update pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 calendar days' notice. The customer may cancel before the new prices take effect.

6. Termination

The customer may cancel the Pro plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. In case of serious breach (fraud, unlawful use, non-payment), Showtime may suspend or terminate access by right.

7. Availability and support

Showtime provides the service on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance, upgrades and incidents may cause temporary unavailability. Standard support is provided by email on business days.

8. Data and privacy

The customer remains responsible for imported data and its compliance. Showtime acts as a processor for data handled through the platform and applies reasonable security measures. See our full Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Showtime's total liability, for all losses combined, is limited to amounts paid by the customer over the previous 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory legal provisions.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
